Latest Version of Instagram Brings Face Filters and Video Rewind

 has released a new version of its app few days ago, with new features 
that i think you might have been waiting for all these while. The new 
version came along with Face filters and video re-wind mode.There are eight different filters to use on your pictures and videos. You can find them by swiping to the Camera and tapping the face icon. They work on both cameras (front facing or back camera) and you can also use them on Boomerang.

Of the latest Instagram features, the video rewind mode is the most 
unusual. This feature allows you to watch your videos backwards. Well, 
you try it out and let us know what you think. Also, you can add hashtag stickers to your Stories. Just tap the Sticker icon and type the hashtag you want to add. 
 
Here’s one more thing you could do: you can take a photo, fill it with 
one color, then erase some parts of the color to reveal some parts of

The latest update is already on Playstore for you to update. Though,

How To Pin Chat on Latest version of Whatsapp

Whatsapp
 is currently testing a new feature that lets you Pin a chat; just like 
pinning a particular post on a Facebook group. This feature will be 
useful if you have an important chat that you wouldn't want to keep 
scrolling to find.Pinning a chat on Whatsapp will get the chat to stick 
at the top above regular chats. Currently, this feature is not available
 on the regular Whatsapp version on Playstore; it's in Beta testing now,
 which is currently available in the beta version (2.17.162 or 163) of 
the app. <center>

Latest Whatsapp Beta version now lets you pin a maximum of 3 chats. If 
you try pinning a fourth chat, the app will display an error. We expect 
Whatsapp to add this feature to the regular app on Playstore soon or 
later.

HOW TO TURN OFF IPHONE CAMERA SOUND 
 
>> Tap on the Mute button on the side of your iPhone before taking a picture.

You can disable Camera sounds on your jailbroken iPhone. You just have to rename the sound effect file within the operating system to disable iPhone camera sounds. 
 
There are several ways to do this, which include: 
Using a Jailbreak app to mute the shutter sound: The app is called Silent Photo Chill. It mutes the sound of both your iPhone camera and screenshots. 
 
To rename the sound file on your iPhone, you need a tool called iExplorer or iFile on your jailbroken phone. First, connect your iDevice to SSH. Then use this command to rename the shutter sound effect: mv/System/Library/Audio/UISounds/photoShutter.caf to /System/Library/audio/UISounds/photoShutter-off.caf 
 
We'd hope to see Apple adds this feature to turn off camera sound on iPhone, just as it's been done on Android.

>> If you use Android, long-press the live video notification and tap on Turn Off.

These actions will turn off Live Notifications from a specific person. 
 
HOW TO DISABLE FACEBOOK LIVE NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR COMPUTER 
 
You can turn off the Facebook Live notifications for good on either your
 phone or your laptop. To turn it off on your computer, follow these 
instructions: 
 
>> Using any browser, go to <a href="http://facebook.com/">Facebook.com</a> and log in using your username and password. 
 
>> Locate the right-pointed arrow on the top right corner. Click on it, then click on Settings from the drop-down menu. 
 
>> Click on Notifications. Then locate On Facebook, then click on Edit. From the new screen that pops up, look for Live Videos. To the right of this option, you should see a drop-down menu with options like On, Suggestions Off, and All Off. Select All Off. 
 
After carrying out all these steps, you won't get Facebook Live video

This is to bring to our attention that a massive RansomWare 
attack (largest in history) hit over 200,000 computers across the world 
(India hit massively as well).

To those who don't know, when a PC is hit by a Ransomware attack, all the files, data, documents etc is locked (encrypted)
 and cannot be accessed unless the owner pays a RANSOM (Money). The 
Ransom can be of 100 to even 1000s of Dollars. So eventually companies 
(or you, if you are hit) have to pay money to get access to all your PC 
files. 
 
Coming back to the news, This attack mainly hit the hospitals in the UK 
which led hospitals to not operate properly. 1000s of patients are not 
being treated and patient data has been locked. Now the attack is

know what bricking a phone means; A bricked phone means one thing: your 
phone won't turn on in any way. The phone gets stucked in boot loop.Well,
 iPhones too get bricked, and fixing it is quite simple. I will be 
guiding you through the process of unbricking a bricked iPhone device in
 3 easy methods. 
 
The three methods are quite simple like i said,if you tried the first 
step and it couldn't fix the iPhone, then you should follow up with the 
next method. The three methods are; do a hard reset, restore the device via iTunes, or do a DFU restoration. Note that you have to try these methods accordingly as it's listed above i.e. hard reset first, DFU restoration last
 if the other methods don’t work. This would minimize the damage to your
 iPhone. Also, create backups of your data as much as possible, because

HARD RESET: 
 
Hold the Power button and the Home button till the iPhone reboots. You will see the Apple logo,
 at which point it will either boot to iOS or prompt you to plug into 
iTunes. if your device does that, it has entered Recovery Mode. Proceed 
to connect it to your PC and open iTunes. 
 
RESTORE IPHONE VIA ITUNES: 
 
When you connect your iPhone to your PC and launch iTunes, the next step is to click on Restore from the right-hand menu. 
On the pop-up that follows, click on Confirm. Then wait till the restoration is complete. 
 
DFU RESTORATION: 
 
If you receive an error message while restoring your device via iTunes, 
then you need to do a DFU restore. This means you have to completely 
wipe the phone, and it resets the device to the original factory state. 
this will utterly delete every input you have made to the device. To do 
the DFU restore, follow these instructions: 
 
Plug the iPhone to a PC and launch iTunes. 
Press and hold the Power and Home buttons for 8 seconds. After that, release the power button, but hold on to the Home button until you see a message saying iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. 
 
Now you can release the Home button. Your device screen will go black. If it does not, restart the process. 
Now, you can restore your device using iTunes. 
Note that if the problem persists, it might be a hardware issue on your 
iPhone.in that case, you should take it to the nearest Apple repair shop

2 Steps to Clear App Data Cache on iPhone

Today, I'll be teaching you how you can clear your iPhone app data. 
These steps are totally different from how it's been done on Android 
phones.

Of course we all know that iPhone is one of the most popular smartphones 
that is well recognized worldwide. However, there are things that seem 
hard on the device and there are some really basic problems that can 
befall an iPhone. For example, some iPhones tend to have low storage. 
One reason for that is the Other folder. Most of your iPhone app data goes there. 
 
iOS individually detects each file type that is stored on an iPhone or 
iPad, then categorizes them in the Storage section in Settings. These 
categories include Photos, Apps, Documents, etc. any file that does not 
fall into these categories falls into the Other folder. The problem is, 
this folder collects a lot of files, so it occupies a huge amount of 
useful space. There are two options to clear this data. You can delete 
the app data, which requires you to uninstall the app and reinstall it. 
You can also wipe the contents of your iPhone. This would leave the apps
 installed, but the data will be gone.

HOW TO CLEAR APP DATA ON IPHONE DEVICE 
 
Go to Settings > General > Usage 
A list with all the installed apps would show, along with their data consumption. 
 
Tap on an app, and the size will show, along with the app data consumption under Documents & Data. 
 
Find the Delete App option at the bottom of the page. Tap on it, 
and the app along with its data will be completely deleted from the 
device. Now, reinstall the app from the App Store. 
 
If you don’t want to delete your apps, you can still delete your Other folder apps. Follow these instructions: 
 
>> First, back up your data on iCloud or anywhere else. 
 
>> Reset your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > General > reset. Then tap on Erase All Content and Settings. Then wait for the process to complete.Once
 the process is complete, restore your data from your backup. Now, only 
your app data will be restored; app files and cookies will not come 
back, just like how it's been done on Android when you Clear Data of any
 App.

The new design removes the blue link color, as well as the green color 
for page categories/directories. Google tried something similar last 
year on the desktop, and people weren't happy about it then either. As 
you can see in the third screenshot, the design also applies to the web 
search. 
 
Am i the only one who feels the old design is the best for now? For me, i
 still prefer the old Google search UI; it's colorful and has more 
features than the new design. I just don't understand why Google feels 
the need to do this. Can someone just tell Google to leave the old 
design alone.
