Moto G5 Plus to be Flipkart Exclusive
Motorola launched the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus in MWC, 2017 at Barcelona last month. Motorola has announced on Twitter and Facebook that it will launch the Moto G5 Plus in India on March 15. There has no mention of the regular G5 but Motorola is expected to announce the launch of G5 in this event.

Now that the launch date of the smartphone is getting closer, we are getting to know about the details of the official partners that are going to sell the phone in India. Flipkart has started to tease the Moto G5 Plus launch and states that the Moto G5 Plus will be exclusively sold via Flipkart. Flipkart already has a ‘notify me’ feature on its website where a user can register with email and can get notified about the launch.

Moto India has already setup a live stream on Youtube for Moto G5 Plus’s launch where the launch event can be seen live by the fans.

Both, Moto India and Flipkart took to Twitter yesterday to announce about this with seperate tweets stating about the launch date and flipkart-exclusivity. Also worth noting is that the official hashtag of the Moto G5 Plus seems to be #uncompromise.

For the specifications, the Moto G5 Plus has 5.2 inch screen and it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, has a 12-megapixel f/1.7 snapper with dual-focus pixels and it can record 4K videos from the camera. The front camera is a 5-megapixel shooter and the smartphone runs on latest Android 7.0 Nougat. Moto G5 Plus houses a 3,000mAh removable battery and the smartphone is compatible with Motorola’s TurboPower fast charging technology.For the Moto G5, the phone has a slightly smaller 5 inch screen and runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 chipset. The Moto G5 has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. On the software front, the Moto G5 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.

The Moto G5 is powered by a 2,800mAh removable battery.As for the Moto G5 Plus, we will know all the details about the device on March 15 and the price of the smartphone is expected to be around Rs 15,000. We will keep you updated about the Moto G5 Plus as we know more on March 15. Stay tuned.
